I loved the Hainan Chicken meat because it was so smooth, plump, and tender! The silky smooth skin, though coated with a lot of oil, was delicious. You will not regret sinking your teeth into the slices of yummy chicken meat.
The garlicky, sour and chili sauce was great as well. Perfectly matched with the white chicken.
